# Create a post draft

`POST /v1/posts/drafts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.taplio.com`
- URL: `https://api.taplio.com/v1/posts/drafts`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Send `content`, or `media_ids` for a media-only draft, or both. A body carrying neither is refused with `400 validation_failed` carrying `required_one_of` on `body`.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation failed.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `402`: Subscription payment failed.
- `403`: Subscription does not allow this request.
- `404`: Resource not found.
- `409`: Resource state precludes this request.
- `422`: Request semantically rejected.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `500`: Internal server error.
- `503`: Upstream unavailable.
