# Get a like

`GET /v1/likes/{post_urn}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.taplio.com`
- URL: `https://api.taplio.com/v1/likes/{post_urn}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The latest like this account queued for `post_urn` — a post or a comment, named by the canonical urn `POST /v1/likes` returned, not by a url — a url's slashes split the path and answer `404 route_not_found` — whatever became of it: `pending` while it waits in the send queue, `liked` once it went out, `failed` or `cancelled` with the reason otherwise. A post this account never asked to like answers `404 like_not_found`, and so does a like made from the Taplio app's own like button.
