# Get one posted comment

`GET /v1/comments/{comment_urn}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.taplio.com`
- URL: `https://api.taplio.com/v1/comments/{comment_urn}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The post is derived from the comment urn, so `post_urn` is optional; pass it when you have it (from a draft or a list item) for the most reliable lookup. A urn that cannot be read and comes without `post_urn` answers `404 comment_not_found`. Some older comments are not addressable here and appear only in `GET /v1/comments`.
