# Substantial acquisition disclosures

`GET /v1/stocks/{symbol}/sast-disclosures`

Disclosures under the takeover code (Regulation 29) when a holder crosses 5% of a company or changes a 5%+ holding by 2% or more, from 2015 onward. Newest disclosure first; filter by disclosure date with `from`/`to` (IST). Updated daily.

    - `regulation` string, nullable, required: Takeover-code regulation the disclosure is made under: "29(1)" (crossing 5%) or "29(2)" (a 2% change by a holder above 5%).

    - `shares_sold` number, nullable, required: Shares sold in this transaction.
    - `shares_held_after` number, nullable, required: Shares held by the acquirer after the transaction.
    - `pct_acquired` number, nullable, required: Shares acquired, % of total share capital.
    - `pct_sold` number, nullable, required: Shares sold, % of total share capital.
    - `pct_held_after` number, nullable, required: Holding after the transaction, % of total share capital.
    - `pct_held_after_diluted` number, nullable, required: Holding after the transaction, % of diluted share capital.
    - `transaction_from` string, nullable, required: First day of the transaction window (YYYY-MM-DD), null when not reported.
    - `transaction_to` string, nullable, required: Last day of the transaction window (YYYY-MM-DD), null when not reported.
    - `disclosed_at` string, required: When the disclosure was published (ISO-8601 UTC). Results are ordered by this.
