`GET /v1/options/{symbol}/chain`

End-of-day stamped option chain for an index underlying: NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY or MIDCPNIFTY only (stock option chains are not served; per-stock option analytics are at `/v1/stocks/{symbol}/options`). IV, Greeks, bid/ask and OI by strike. Read `snapshot_ts`; IV fields are percents, solved against the forward; `atm_iv_change` is percentage points vs the previous session.

- `503`: Authentication or quota service temporarily unavailable (`service_unavailable`). Not charged; retry after `Retry-After` seconds.
