# Activate a prepaid card

`POST /prepaidCardService/activate/{referenceLineItemID}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://integration-api.tangocard.com/raas/v2`
- URL: `https://integration-api.tangocard.com/raas/v2/prepaidCardService/activate/{referenceLineItemID}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - HTTP bearer

Activates a prepaid card in OPEN status for the given line item. Note: Only customers who have been approved to be an \"Approved Critical Vendor\" can use these endpoints.

## Path parameters

- `referenceLineItemID` string, required

## Request body

- ActivateCardRequest
  - `agentId` string, required: Identifier of the agent initiating the activation.

## Response `200`

OK

- ActivateCardResponse
  - `status` string: Status of the activation request.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Not Found
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity
- `500`: Internal Server Error
- `503`: Service Unavailable
