Verify a typed code and sign the browser in — IN PLACE.

POST (not a GET link) so Set-Cookie comes back on a response the page's
own fetch() receives: in the iOS home-screen PWA that lands the session
cookie in the PWA's cookie box, which the magic LINK can't do (it opens
Safari). Founder = user parity: this mints the exact same tandem_session
via _create_session/_set_session_cookie as every other login path.
