Full profile for the signed-in handle — drives account.html.

Kept separate from /oauth/whoami (which stays a one-field, no-DB
identity check used on every page's nav) so the heavier profile
query only runs on the account page itself. handle_id comes from
the session cookie, so a user can only ever read their own row.
