# Pre-Checkout Eligibility API OLD

`POST /pre-checkout/v1/eligibi`

## Request

This endpoint helps you to check whether Tamara treats a customer as eligible or not, based on active decline records we hold for that customer.

## Request body

    - `amount` number
    - `currency` 'SAR' | 'AED' | 'BHD' | 'KWD' | 'OMR'
  - `customer` object
    - `phone` string
    - `customer_id` string

## Response `200`

  - `is_eligible` boolean
