`GET /v1/webhooks/delivery`

## Response `200`

Content type, method, headers, body, example — the legacy `/v1/webhooks` wire format. Also carries `run_events_served_by`, pointing at `/v1/delivery/items` for the attempts, retries and DLQ entries of a migrated `run.completed` / `run.failed` subscription (the wire format itself is unchanged for a binding using the legacy `delivery_policy`).
