# Get a review record

`GET /v1/review/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.talonic.com`
- URL: `https://api.talonic.com/v1/review/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the full record including per-field decisions and
low-confidence field list.

**App keys.** Admitted by a `spec` grant at `read` covering the
record's `schema_id`; anything else answers 403 `insufficient_grant`,
the same shape a record outside the tenant gets.

  - `field_decisions` object: Per-field decisions persisted on the record.
  - `low_confidence_fields` string[]: Names of fields that fell below the review confidence threshold.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
- `429`: Daily rate limit exceeded.
