# Run an Assembly node

`POST /v1/nodes/assemble`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.talonic.com`
- URL: `https://api.talonic.com/v1/nodes/assemble`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Compose a product record set from an existing record set: group documents by `grouping_field`, pick the Anchor (matching `anchor_values` on `anchor_field`), and apply Amendment overrides. Returns a node run whose `product_record_set_id` holds the composed records.
