# Review a single match result

`POST /v1/matching/runs/{runId}/results/{resultId}/review`

Apply an approve/reject decision (or record notes) on a single match result within a matching run.

## Path parameters

- `runId` string, uuid, required
- `resultId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `status` string, required: Reviewer decision — typically "approved" or "rejected".
  - `notes` string: Optional reviewer note attached to the decision.

## Response `200`

Review decision applied.

- `400`: The request is invalid.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `429`: Daily rate limit exceeded.
