# List a field's current values across documents

`GET /v1/fields/{id}/values`

## Request

The cross-document read: one row per occurrence bound to the concept
(a per-cell column is several rows sharing `document_id`), newest first,
cursor-paginated, each with its provenance (raw name, verbatim source
text, resolution band, confirmation state). `document_id` narrows to one
document; `value` is a case-insensitive contains match on the value text.

Sources-IAM filtered as the key's minting user — `pagination.total`
counts the visible set. Includes occurrences still bound to concepts
merged INTO this one unless `include_redirected=false`; such rows carry
`provenance.via_redirect: true`.
