# List held field-review items

`GET /v1/field-reviews`

## Request

**App keys.** An app service key reaches this route under a `spec` grant at `read`. The page is filtered to the Specs the app was granted — a `spec` wildcard leaves it unfiltered, concrete ids narrow it to items whose run belongs to those Specs, and an app holding no `spec` grant at `read` gets an empty page, never an unfiltered one.
