# Resolve a held field-review item

`POST /v1/field-reviews/{docId}/{fieldKey}/resolve`

## Request

**App keys.** Admitted by a `spec` grant at `act` covering the Spec the item's run structures — a `read` grant that lists the item does not reach it. The decision is logged as the `api` actor. API keys (agents, apps) may resolve `complex`-tagged fields: that gate binds human reviewers by company-internal role only. A key never overrides another reviewer's fresh claim.
