# Cancel a single in-flight retry

`DELETE /v1/delivery/pending/{jobId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.talonic.com`
- URL: `https://api.talonic.com/v1/delivery/pending/{jobId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Removes the scheduled BullMQ job. `jobId` is a BullMQ job id string
(not a UUID). The job's binding must belong to the current tenant.
An in-progress (`active`) job cannot be cancelled — returns 400.

- `jobId` string, required

## Response `200`

Retry cancelled.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is invalid.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
- `429`: Daily rate limit exceeded.
