# Counts over the standing decisions of an app

`GET /v1/apps/{id}/subjects/summary`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.talonic.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Total, per-decision counts, not-eligible counts per first blocking card and per-UTC-day counts, over the same standing set as `/subjects` and under the same `rule`+`status`, `decided_after` and `q` filters. `since` keeps subjects decided at or after it.

    - `card_id` string, nullable: Null when the subject is not eligible but no card blocks it.

## Other responses

- `403`: Master view ('all') or missing workspace — a concrete tenant is required.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
- `501`: Batch verdicts are not available in this deployment.
