# Standing decision per record group (highest revision across sealed runs)

`GET /v1/apps/{id}/subjects`

## Request

One row per subject key: the highest-`decision_revision` verdict among SEALED, non-dry runs — the decision a dedupe-by-max-revision receiver converges on. Each row names the deciding run, its App version and that version's content hash; the `versions` map carries a semantic fingerprint per rule so clients can render historical outcomes only under semantically identical current rules. Cursor-paginated by subject key by default, or newest-first with `sort=decided_at_desc`. Filters apply to the standing set and `total` counts every matching subject.

## Other responses
