# Delete a conversation

`DELETE /v1/agent/conversations/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.talonic.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Delete a conversation. It disappears from the list and can no longer be
continued; the asks themselves stay readable by id via `GET /v1/ask/{id}`,
because they are the caller's own answer history. Requires the `write` scope.

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `on_behalf_of` string, uuid

## Response `200`

The conversation was deleted.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
- `429`: Daily rate limit exceeded.
