# Delete a ticket

`DELETE /api/v1/board/tickets/{key}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://tallymeter.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Hides a ticket the way the board's Delete does: its comments, attachments and history are kept and it can be restored. The key stays taken – the next ticket gets the next number. Requires the `board:write` scope.

## Response `200`

The ticket is deleted

## Other responses

- `404`: No ticket with that key in the token user's workspace
