# Append a lesson note

`POST /v1/notes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.takibibase.com`
- URL: `https://app.takibibase.com/v1/notes`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Requires notes:append capability. Appends a lesson to the key's own profile. The template is validated and secret-blocked; repeated identical calls return the existing note (idempotent on run id and body hash).

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request.
- `401`: Missing, invalid, paused or revoked key, or human-only route.
- `403`: Capability or access denied.
- `422`: Template secret blocked.
- `429`: Rate or daily budget limit.
