# Configure BigCommerce channel

`POST /bigcommerce/channels`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.takeshape.io`
- URL: `https://api.takeshape.io/bigcommerce/channels`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Sets up a TakeShape project for a specific BigCommerce channel. Creates the project if needed, configures API keys, and installs BigCommerce scripts and pages.

## Request body

- BigCommerceCreateChannelBody
  - `channelId` number, required: BigCommerce channel ID
  - `channelName` string, required: BigCommerce channel name

## Response `200`

List of channels with configuration status

- BigCommerceChannel
  - `id` number, required: Channel ID
  - `name` string, required: Channel name
  - `type` string, required: Channel type
  - `platform` string, required: Channel platform
  - `status` string, required: Channel status
  - `isEnabled` boolean, required: Whether the channel is enabled
  - `isConfigured` boolean, required: Whether the channel has a TakeShape project configured
  - `siteUrl` string, uri: Channel site URL if available
  - `projectId` string: TakeShape project ID if configured
  - `token` string: API token for the TakeShape project if configured

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request - missing or invalid channelId/channelName, or associated BigCommerce channel not found
- `401`: Unauthorized - invalid or missing store token
