Recommend neighborhoods based on lifestyle quiz answers.

This is the main neighborhood matching endpoint that takes user
preferences and returns ranked neighborhood recommendations.

Supports:
- Single quick_profile (legacy)
- Multiple lifestyle_profiles (new multi-select)
- Vibe words (new multi-select word cloud)
