## Request

Typeahead autocomplete for apartment names.
Returns matching apartments as user types.

Tolerates multi-word queries and partial matches:
- "trailhead" finds "Trailhead Apartments"
- "trailhead east" finds any listing containing both tokens
- "east tr" finds any listing containing both partials

Example: GET /api/autocomplete/apartments?q=cam&city=Austin
Returns: Camden Rainey Street, Camden Downtown, etc.
