# Get Apartment By Name

`GET /api/apartments/by-name/{apartment_name}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ai.tacostreetlocating.com`
- URL: `https://ai.tacostreetlocating.com/api/apartments/by-name/{apartment_name}`
- Auth: none declared

Get single apartment by name (full data for manual add).

The optional `?city=` param disambiguates when two metros share an
apartment name (e.g., Austin Paseo on Rainey Street vs Dallas Paseo
in South Dallas). When omitted, MongoDB returns whichever matching
document it finds first — which is how the cross-metro contamination
bug surfaced.

## Path parameters

- `apartment_name` string, required

## Query parameters

- `city` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- unknown

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
