Idempotent replay

- SessionConnection: Public session state plus a temporary connection only while the session is active.

  - `expiresAt` string, date-time, required
  - `endedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required

  - `allocatedSeconds` integer, required
  - `cdpUrl` string, uri: Temporary signed WSS endpoint, present only while active. At most 300 seconds validity.
  - `connectionTokenTtlSeconds` integer: Remaining signed connection lifetime in seconds.

## Other responses

- `201`: Created
- `429`: Throttled or temporarily capacity constrained. Honor Retry-After and inspect the JSON error code.
- `default`: Error. Respect Retry-After when supplied; do not blindly retry mutations.
