# Delete the account

`DELETE /users/me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sytecheck.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.sytecheck.app/users/me`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Permanently erase the account and everything belonging to it: scans, reports,
screenshots, and API keys. This cannot be undone.

Cancel any active subscription first; this answers `409` while one is live.
