# List scan categories

`GET /api/v1/scans/categories`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sytecheck.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.sytecheck.app/api/v1/scans/categories`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Return every analysis category with its description and its weight in the
overall score, plus an `included` flag saying whether your plan may run it.

Requesting a category your plan withholds is refused rather than silently
skipped, so check this before passing `categories` to a scan.
