`GET /api/v1/billing/portal`

Return links to the payment provider's portal for managing payment methods and invoices.

Successful Response

- PortalResponse: Short-lived authenticated links into Paddle's customer portal. Minted per request and never stored — the token appended to each link is temporary by design.
