VÉRIFIER UN IFC CONTRE UN IDS 1.0 (buildingSMART) — le cahier des
charges d'information d'un BIM manager : six facettes (entity, attribute,
property en unités SI, classification, material, partOf), restrictions
XSD, cardinalités required/optional/prohibited, version IFC visée.
Body : la scène (comme /cao/ifc) OU `ifc` (texte STEP d'un IFC, qui garde
ses GlobalId) ; `ids` : le XML d'un IDS (défaut : notre « logement FR »,
GET /cao/ifc/ids/logement-fr) ; `bcf` : vrai pour joindre les échecs en
BCF 2.1 (bcf_base64). Retourne {titre, schema_ifc, conforme, resume,
specifications[{nom, statut, applicables, reussis, echecs[{guid, classe,
nom, raisons}]}]}.
