`POST /admin/allowedIP`

Create an IP range allowlist

## Request body

- ApiKeyManagerAdminCreateAllowedIPRangeRequest
  - `projectId` string, required
  - `ipRange` string, required: The IP range to allow, specified in CIDR notation.
  - `note` string: Must be alphanumeric and may include spaces, . ! ? , ' -

## Response `200`
