# Confirm Dataset File Upload

`POST /ingest/upload/confirm`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://synchronex.ai/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://synchronex.ai/api/oauth/token`, scopes: `read`)

Confirms a recent upload preview and writes the parsed rows into `datasets` and `dataset_rows`.

## Request body

  - `upload_id` string, uuid, required
  - `dataset_name` string
  - `schema_overrides` object
  - `owning_worker_type` string

## Response `200`

Dataset upload confirmed.

  - `success` boolean, required
  - `event_id` string, uuid, nullable
  - `dataset_id` string, uuid
  - `inserted` integer
  - `deduplicated` boolean

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error. The request body or query string is invalid.
- `401`: Unauthorized. Missing, malformed, expired, or revoked bearer token.
- `403`: Forbidden. The token scope or account tier is insufficient.
- `404`: Not found or not owned by the authenticated user.
- `422`: Semantic validation failed.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. Retry after the indicated reset time.
- `500`: Internal server error.
