# Get actual recorded generation costs

`GET /v2/generate/{id}/costs`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sync.so`

Recorded lip-sync and dubbing charges for a past generation. Credit amounts are USD face value, not cash paid. Metered usage excludes invoice adjustments and tax. A null total means one or more components are pending or unavailable. Does not estimate prices or change billing.
