# Share a capsule, Type or Collection with a person by email

`POST /api/preview/grants`

## Request

## Request body

- object
  - `access` 'view' | 'edit': `view` lets the person read it; `edit` also lets them change a capsule's title, body and fields.
  - `email` string, email, required: The person's email address. Lower-cased before it is stored.
  - `resourceId` string, required: UUID v4 string
  - `resourceType` 'capsule' | 'type' | 'collection', required: The kind of resource: a capsule, a Type or a Collection.
