# Get property details in SwissRETS format

`GET /mortgages/applications/{applicationId}/swissrets`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://mortgage.common-api.ch`
- URL: `https://mortgage.common-api.ch/mortgages/applications/{applicationId}/swissrets`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - OAuth 2
    - Authorization code: `https://example.com/oauth/authorize`
    - Token URL: `https://example.com/oauth/token` scopes: `read`, `write`

Get the real estate property's details in SwissRETS format XML according to https://swissrets.ch/.

## Path parameters

- `applicationId` string, uuid, required: The application identifier (UUID v4) defined by FI.

## Headers

- `X-CorAPI-Client-ID` string, required
- `X-Correlation-ID` string, required
- `User-Agent` string, required

## Response `200`

OK.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request - The server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be a client error as malformed request syntax.
- `401`: Unauthorized - The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource.
- `403`: Forbidden - The server understood the request but refuses to authorize it.
- `404`: Not Found - The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.
- `405`: Method Not Allowed - The method received in the request-line is known by the origin server but not supported by the target resource.
- `500`: Internal Server Error - The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
- `501`: Not Implemented - The server does not support the functionality required to fulfill the request.
- `503`: Service Unavailable - The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overload or scheduled maintenance.
