  - `whyThisSource` string: Why this source was chosen for this claim, in words: the authority on the fact, independent evidence, an interested party’s own claim, a person’s own experience, or a secondary source and why.
  - `status` 'proposed' | 'accepted' | 'rejected', required: Changes only by a person’s decision.
