# Execute Decision Model Completion

`POST /v1/decision/completions`

Ask a decision model typed questions about a state and get calibrated probabilities back instead of generated text.

  - `questions` object, required: Questions keyed by a name you choose. The answers come back under the same names.
  - `model_name` string: Decision model that answers the questions; also accepted as model. GET /v1/decision/models lists the available models and their prices.

  - `job_id` string, required: Unique identifier for this completion.
  - `status` string, required: Status of the request, success when completed.
  - `model_name` string, required: The decision model requested.
  - `model` string, required: The model version that answered, which may differ from an alias such as jev-latest.
  - `answers` object, required: Answers keyed by question name. A choice answer has choice, probabilities and confidence; a score answer has score, legend, probabilities and confidence; a noul answer has noul, the probability from 0 to 1.
  - `usage` DecisionModelUsage, required
    - `input_tokens` integer, required: Input tokens reported by the provider.
    - `output_tokens` integer, required: Output tokens reported by the provider.
    - `total_tokens` integer, required: Input plus output tokens.
    - `input_cost` number, required: Cost of the input tokens in USD.
    - `output_cost` number, required: Cost of the output tokens in USD.
    - `total_cost` number, required: Amount charged for this request in USD.
  - `timestamp` string, required: ISO 8601 time the completion finished.
