Persist a generated selected-paragraph scene-stills grid on a chapter.

## Request body

- SetSceneStillsInput
  - `job_id` string, required: The story job ID.
  - `chapter` integer, required: Chapter number that owns the selected paragraph.
  - `paragraph_index` integer, required: 0-based selected paragraph index within the displayed chapter text.
  - `source_paragraph_index` integer, nullable: Optional previous paragraph index to remove when moving an attached still grid.
  - `revision` integer, nullable: Displayed chapter revision number, if available.
  - `selected_paragraph` string, nullable: Selected paragraph text for later display.
  - `prompt` string, nullable: Editable scene prompt used to generate this still grid.
  - `context` object: Small UI context such as beat label and beat range.
  - `result` object, required: Generated scene-stills asset result returned by get_asset_status.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- GenericToolResponse: Fallback for tools whose payload is still being tightened.
