`POST /api/mcp/set_cover`

Persist a chosen generated image as the chapter's cover.

`image` is an object returned by get_cover_image_status (`result.image`).
Returns `{chapter, cover}`. Overwrites any existing cover for the chapter.

- SetChapterCoverInput
  - `job_id` string, required
  - `chapter` integer, required
  - `image` object, required: A generated image object (from get_cover_image_status result.image) to set as the cover.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- GenericToolResponse: Fallback for tools whose payload is still being tightened.

  - `article_url` string, nullable
  - `job_id` string, nullable
  - `status` string, nullable
  - `is_terminal` boolean, nullable
