Regenerate the dialogue-rehearsal packet for a planned chapter.

## Request body

- DialogueRehearsalInput: Input for regenerating only the dialogue-rehearsal packet of a writer-thinking preview, without re-running the other stages.
  - `job_id` string, required: The story job ID.
  - `chapter` integer, required
  - `plan` object, required: Structured revision plan (short_plan, long_plan, beats) whose dialogue beats to rehearse.
  - `chapter_strategy` string: Chapter strategy paragraph from the writer-thinking preview, if available.
  - `model` string, nullable: Model override.
  - `revision` integer, nullable: Base revision (operation scoping only).
