`POST /api/mcp/list_stories`

List every story in the caller's library.

Returns a lightweight summary per story — no plan / cast / prose —
suitable for picking which `job_id` to drill into with `get_story`.
Each entry includes status, title, synopsis, chapter count, model,
timestamps, and (when available) `story_url` for a click-through.
Cheap; safe to call frequently.
