Generate one full-bleed 16:9 scene still via hosted DesignForYou or local Grok CLI.

## Request body

- GenerateWriterSceneStillInput: Simplified Writer operation for one single-frame scene still.
  - `job_id` string, required: The story job ID.
  - `chapter` integer, required: Chapter number containing the selected paragraph.
  - `paragraph_index` integer, nullable: Optional 0-based paragraph index; required when persist=true.
  - `revision` integer, nullable: Displayed chapter revision number, if available.
  - `prompt` string, nullable: Optional final scene prompt. When supplied, this is authoritative and is sent without Writer planner rewriting or prompt merging.
  - `character_names` string[]: Optional cast names. When omitted, Writer resolves cast references automatically.
  - `reference_urls` string[]: Optional direct reference image URLs. Supplied references override automatic cast references.
  - `reference_labels` string[]: Optional labels aligned with reference_urls.
  - `location_design_id` string, nullable: Optional D4U location design id.
  - `location_reference_id` string, nullable: Optional saved Writer location reference id.
  - `location_name` string, nullable: Optional saved location name to resolve.
  - `location_label` string: Reference binding label for location_design_id.
  - `quality` 'balanced' | 'quality': MiniMax H3 quality profile. Defaults to quality.
  - `execution` 'hosted' | 'grok_cli': Image execution path. 'hosted' uses DesignForYou; 'grok_cli' uses the signed-in local Grok Build CLI.
  - `model` string, nullable: Optional image model override. Hosted defaults to the MiniMax H3 model selected by quality; grok_cli defaults to grok-imagine-image-quality.
