# Delete Story

`POST /api/mcp/delete_story`

Permanently delete a story from the caller's library.

Removes the story document, all chapters, all revisions, and any
saved chat threads. Irreversible — there is no soft-delete or
restore. Caller should confirm with the user before invoking.
