Delete a saved Writer location reference from a story.

## Request body

- DeleteLocationReferenceInput
  - `job_id` string, required: The story job ID.
  - `location_reference_id` string, nullable: Stable Writer location reference id to delete.
  - `location_name` string, nullable: Location name to delete when id is not known.
  - `design_id` string, nullable: D4U design id to delete when id/name are not known.
