# Create Subscription

`POST /api/v1/app/{app_id}/autoconfig`

Create an AutoConfig subscription.

## Path parameters

- `app_id` string, required: The Application's ID or UID.

## Headers

- `idempotency-key` string

## Request body

- CreateAutoConfigSubscriptionIn
  - `featureFlags` string[]: The set of feature flags the created token will have access to. When omitted or empty, the token inherits the calling token's feature flags. When set, these flags are used instead. An application token may only grant a subset of its own flags.

## Response `201`

- AutoConfigOut
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
  - `id` string, required: The AutoConfigSubscription's ID.
  - `token` string, required: The AutoConfig token

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
- `409`: Conflict
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Too Many Requests
