# Refresh Email Verification

`POST /v2/me/email-verification/refresh`

Re-reads the caller's email-verification state from the identity provider and repairs the stored copy if it has drifted. Takes no payload and only ever acts on the caller's own record — the identity comes from the authenticated session, never from the request. Only callable with a WorkOS access token, which is the only credential carrying the assertion; API keys and Agent Tokens are rejected. Verification is only ever promoted, never revoked, so a single read cannot take access away.
