# List published program templates

`GET /api/public/v1/program-templates`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.supersetapp.com`

Superset's free, published training program templates. Each is readable as a web page at its `url`, and as markdown from the same URL with `Accept: text/markdown` — name and description only, since a markdown rendering of the sets, reps and progressions is not published yet.

## Response `200`

The published templates.

  - `templates` ProgramTemplate[], required
    - `slug` string, required: URL slug, unique per template.
    - `name` string, required: Display name.
    - `description` string: What the program trains, in a sentence or two.
    - `url` string, uri, required: The template's public page.
    - `thumbnail_url` string, uri: Poster image, 706x444. A themed stock cover when the template has none.
    - `author_name` string, nullable: The publishing coach. Null for Superset's own templates.
    - `weeks` integer, nullable: Program length in weeks. Null with no workouts.
    - `days_per_week` integer, nullable: Average workout days per week. Null with no workouts.

## Other responses

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (60 requests per minute per client IP, policy "public"). Wait `Retry-After` seconds.
