# Call one workout tool

`POST /api/ai/client/assistant/tools/{tool_name}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.supersetapp.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Invokes a tool from `listWorkoutTools` with its arguments. Write tools need `workouts.write`, which a person grants explicitly.

The tool's result.

## Other responses

- `400`: Unknown tool or a non-object body (`__all__`); malformed JSON answers `detail`.
- `401`: Missing, invalid, or revoked credential.
- `403`: The credential lacks a scope this needs. A missing scope carries a challenge naming it; the app-variant guard denies without one.
- `429`: Throttled at 210 requests per min. Honour `Retry-After`.
