# Decisions

`POST /v1/decisions`

## Request

- The document declares no server URL.
- Auth: none declared

Answer ordered predicate, choice, and score questions with a text decision model.

## Headers

- `X-SIE-MACHINE-PROFILE` string, nullable
- `X-SIE-Remote` string, nullable: The only accepted value is `forbid`. It keeps the request off remote upstreams: local capacity serves or refuses it, and a model served only by an upstream answers 400. Any other value answers 400.

## Request body

  - `model` string, required: SIE decision model id, for example fastino/GLiNER2.5-Decide.
  - `input` union, required: Text or text-only messages, in conversation order.

  - `questions` object[], required: Predicate, choice, or score questions, in answer order.
  - `safety_identifier` string, nullable
  - `lora_adapter` string, nullable: SIE extension: declared LoRA name or source; null selects base, omission keeps the profile default.
  - `lora` string, nullable: Compatibility alias for lora_adapter; supplied aliases must agree.
  - `lora_id` string, nullable: Compatibility alias restricted to a declared source id; supplied aliases must agree.
